3M 2097 Magenta P100/OV Particulate Filter with Nuisance Level Organic Vapors Relief Discs: Package of 2 Filters

These 3M 2091 P100 Particulate Filter Discs with Nuisance Level Organic Vapors Relief are NIOSH Approved 99.97% efficient against solid and liquid aerosols including oil, organic vapors up to 10 times the OSHA PEL. These filter discs are not NIOSH Certified for use against ozone, these filters will protect against ozone but are made for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles and offer organic vapors relief. These filters are for use with 3M 5000 Series Respirators, 3M 6000 Series Cartridges with a 3M 502 Adapter 502, 3M 6000 Series Facepieces and 3M 7000 Series Facepieces with bayonet filter holders. When properly fitted, these filters can be effectively used in a variety of applications including: welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half face respirators or 50 times PEL with full face respirators. Full facepieces must be quantitatively fit tested to claim an assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. Do not use for respiratory protection against acid gases.
