The ACCUFORM KSS142 Lockout Procedure Station allows you to easily document, track, and provide easy access to your workers of Lockout/Tagout Procedures all in one convenient location. The two-color highly visible red and yellow, silk-screened polystyrene backboard measures: 14" x 20" x .060" thick and has a durable PVC-coated steel wire rack to hold the binder. This station includes a 3-ring, 1 1/2" binder to organize your Lockout Procedure Forms (P/N: KSS144) a package of 25 forms are included to record the steps to perform proper lockout procedures. Energy Source and Isolation Forms (P/N: KSS151) are also included, these forms allow you to quickly identify and list the energy source type, the location of a lockout device and the means of lockout. Stations sold individually.
