The multi-layer coating gives excellent abrasion resistance and prevents oil penetration, while the nylon fabric liner is soft and breathable. These gloves are machine washable, which extends their useful life, they are great for use when handling abrasive edged parts such as gears, castings and engine parts in a moderately oily environment.
