The DBI Sala 2104561 Bolt-on Concrete D-Ring Anchor is a Reusable D-Ring Assembly that comes with (6) Replacement Bolts, just install a new bolt and it is ready to use again! A Safe Hook-Up Indicator notifies the user that the anchor has been installed properly. This DBI-Sala Bolt-On Concrete D-Ring installs into a variety of hole sizes, only a set of standard drill bits are required. This Reusable D-Ring Assembly has a rated capacity of 5,000 lbs and the connection point swivels 360 degrees for safety and ease of use. OSHA Approved. Available with a Single Bolt (P/N: 2104560) or with 6 Bolts (P/N: 2104561). Sold each.
