This uniquely designed, smooth crown Fibre-Metal E2RW01A000 White Baseball Cap Style SuperEight 8-Point Suspension Ratchet Adjustment Hard Hardhat eliminates the risk of an impacting object being trapped by ribs, ridges or slots. The Model E-2 cap style hardhat is certified to meet ANSI Z89.1-2003 Type 1, Class E, G or C. The head size is selected by a convenient rear-located mechanism. The headband can be tilted to a comfortable angle while the cap remains level, it can also be raised, lowered, or moved front-to-rear within the shell. This cap style hard hat features a technically advanced suspension that has eight load-bearing points to stabilize and balance the cap, on impact, the energy absorbing points dissipate force by reducing it into smaller increments and spreading it over a greater area. This hard hat also has the industry's only 360 Degree sweatband which is padded for comfort and perforated to allow air to circulate for a cooling effect. Unlike partial, sewn-in sweatbands, the SuperEight's model S-2F is easily removed.
