The FIBRE-METAL SuperEight 3SW201A000 SwingStrap Suspension White Cap Style Hardhat with a Ratchet Adjustment is the most sophisticated head protection system available. This is the only cap style hardhat that combines the exceptional comfort of a 360 Degrees padded sweatband with the head-hugging stability and easy adjustment of a ratchet headband. The exclusive smooth crown design contains a technically advanced suspension with eight load-bearing points to stabilize and balance the cap during everyday wear. On impact the SuperEight Impact Energy Control System dissipates force by reducing it to smaller increments and spreading it over a greater area. When a welding helmet, faceshield or goggles are mounted onto the SuperEight SwingStrap Cap, workers can convert their hardhat from the normal wearing position (and back) without having to remove, reverse and reinstall the suspension headband. All Fibre-Metal SuperEight thermoplastic protective cap hard hats are SEI certified to ANSI Z89 in both the forward and reverse positions.
