The 28637 JUSTRITE EcoPolyBrand Gator Spill Control Pallet is the first and only spill control line made of recycled polyethylene! Eco-friendly pallets are made of up to 100% recycled polyethylene making them twice as good for the environment! They not only protect against ground water contamination they also utilize post-industrial material that might have otherwise been discarded into the waste stream.
These Multi-functional units improve productivity, keep personnel safe from accidental slips, limit liability, and reduce clean-up costs from hazardous spills. Quality engineered with a robust design these pallets will withstand the toughest environments for superior spill control. Durable UV-protected EcoPolyBlend polyethylene is nearly impervious to chemical attack from hazardous acids, caustics and solvents. The seamless construction eliminates leaks even if a 55 gallon drum fails and completely empties its contents. They are the ideal platforms for 30 and 55 gallon drums or other containers stored indoors. This square drum design is forkliftable.
Fully compliant JUSTRITE EcoPolyBlend Pallets feature oversized leakproof sumps that meet or exceed regulations. Sturdy removable grates are nearly 2 1/2" thick for superior crack resistance. Self-locating these grates reduce the chance of grate "ride-up" and remove easily for quick sump inspection and cleaning. Two drum and four drum square pallets include wide forklift pockets for easy relocation. These drum handling and spill control products are molded in a dark gray color preferred for its ability to hide dirt and keep workplaces looking clean. Spill control pallets provide fully EPA compliant spill protection and they meet or exceed EPA 40 CFR 264.175, NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code 60.3.2.10 and International Fire Code 2704.2.3 Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Compliant, NFPA 30 9.13.1 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iii).
