The JUSTRITE 894502 45 Gallon 2-Door Manual Close Sure-Grip EX Safety Cabinet includes exclusive features to make your workplace extra safe and extra secure. Protect workers, reduce fire risks and improve productivity by storing hazardous liquids in high performance Sure-Grip EX Safety Cabinets. Designed to meet OSHA and NFPA Standards, these cabinets are sturdily constructed of welded 18-gauge, double-walled steel with an 1 1/2" of insulating air space for fire resistance. The cabinet's fail-safe 3-point self-latching system provides easy positive door closure. Three durable stainless steel bullet latches offer optimum longevity with increased heat resistance.

JUSTRITE steel cabinets feature the same quality features found in JUSTRITE flammable cabinets. To resist aggressive chemicals, acid cabinets also include polyethylene trays attached to galvanized steel shelves and a separate polyethylene liner for the bottom sump. The liner can be removed for easy cleaning of drips and leaks. An all epoxy baked-on powder coat finish, inside and out, provides increased chemical resistance. The paint is exclusively formulated to resist the acids, bases, and solvents often used in laboratories.

Special Features:

The U-Loc padlockable handle with a slip resistant grip offers easy fingertip operation. The U-Loc handle is supplied with two keys and accepts an optional #5 Master Lock padlock for added security. The padlock offers a greater visual deterrent and can be easily keyed different, alike or master keyed for employee convenience or to limit access to authorized personnel.

Haz-Alert reflective warning labeling when illuminated by a flashlight beam bursts with high visibility aiding in fire conditions or power outages. The labels are strategically positioned in high and low zones to help firefighters easily locate volatile liquids.

SpillSlope safety shelves: These sturdy galvanized steel shelves safely direct incidental spills to the back and bottom of the cabinet to a 2" leak proof sump. The safety shelves are adjustable on 3" centers and they meet ANSI Standards with a 350 lbs safe allowable load.
