The NORTH VS04 V-Safe Wheel Valve Lockout Cover 2 1/2" to 5" helps to lockout valve handles from 2 1/2" to 5" in diameter. These valve lockouts are designed with two flattened half moons that will completely cover a valve wheel. This polyproylene V-Safe Lockout is fully dielectric, highly resistant to cracking, abrasion and extreme temperatures. Available in four color choices: Red, Yellow, Green and Blue, colors comply with ANSI Z353.1 Standards. Sold individually.
