The Andersen Company provides exceptional anti-fatigue matting. 4803X5 1/2" 3' x 5' Happy Feet Anti-Fatigue Mats are considered the Cadillac: They are big, comfortable, heavy, durable and proudly made in the USA. Happy Feet anti-fatigue mats are an industrial strength solution made from nitrile rubber, they are ideal for use in oily and greasy areas such as machine shops, auto shops, assembly lines, fabrication shops and any other location where high quality anti-fatigue mats are necessary. Happy Feet Anti-Fatigue Mats are welding safe and static dissipative, making them safe for use around sensitive electronic equipment.
The Happy Feet Anti-Fatigue Mats' ability to provide comfort is second to none because the design of these mats utilizes a dense rubber cushion core encapsulated with solid nitrile rubber, this design also allows for greater long term performance. The rubber cushion core resists flattening better than lower cost expanded vinyl anti-fatigue mats. The textured nitrile rubber top surface provides excellent chemical resistance and is designed for dry to damp workstations. Happy Feet mats feature a gently beveled low profile border that will not curl or crack aiding in the reduction of tripping hazards. These black mats feature OSHA approved striped borders and are available in Danger Red, Caution Yellow, Warning Orange and Safety Green. Please select striping color from the drop-down when ordering. Daily Cleaning:
Anti-fatigue mats should be cleaned daily by sweeping or brushing to remove loose soil and debris. These impurities can cause excessive wear on the surface of the mats and shorten product life. The floor under the mats should also be kept as clean and dry as possible to protect the bottom of the mats and reduce mat movement.Routine Cleaning:
On a regular basis, anti-fatigue mats should be cleaned with water-based cleaners to remove oil and grease where needed. We do not recommend the use of solvent-based cleaners. It is important to use cleaners strong enough with proper agitation to remove fats and other food related oils. Research has shown that even grease-proof rubber can be affected by grease and oil if the grease and oil are allowed to remain in contact with the mat for extended periods of time.
